 SAN DIEGO, May 13, 2004 – NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by NuVasive. NuVasive also granted to the underwriters a thirty-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock to cover over allotments, if any. The shares will be listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol “NUVA.”
